About the role

As a Technical Service Engineer Intern, you will support our team in handling aircraft-related technical enquiries. You will help investigate technical questions, coordinate with Engineering and document support cases clearly and accurately.

What you will do

• Support the handling of customer technical enquiries

• Gather and organise information to investigate technical issues

• Coordinate with Engineering and other internal teams

• Document and track technical enquiries and support cases

• Assist with technical reports, status updates and customer communication

• Maintain technical databases, logs and knowledge repositories

• Analyse recurring topics and contribute ideas for process improvements

• Support Service Sales Managers and Customer Managers with technical information

What you bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in aviation, technical support and problem-solving

• Good analytical and organisational skills

• A structured and detail-oriented way of working

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Good written and spoken English

• Team spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems or aviation maintenance

• Familiarity with Teamcenter, SAP or similar systems

• Initial experience in technical troubleshooting, documentation or customer support
