About the Role

As Regional Sales Director for Asia Pacific, you take full ownership of one of our most strategically important growth regions.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the regional sales strategy, market prioritization, and opportunity pipeline

• Act as overall campaign and opportunity owner from market strategy through contract signature and handover

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government customers, armed forces, industrial partners, and local representatives

• Coordinate sales activities with the Head of Sales, engineering, contracts, program management, finance, and executive management

• Support major customer engagements and participate in key negotiations and contract conclusion

• Represent Grob Aircraft at trade fairs, industry events, and official delegations

Your Profile

• Five or more years of experience in international B2G sales, preferably in aerospace, defence, or another high technology industry

• Established network of partners and key stakeholders across the region is a significant advantage

• Previous experience with complex government contracts is a major advantage

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude

• Willingness to travel regularly, including extended stays during contract negotiations

• Languages: English mandatory, German is an advantage
