Acting as a certified DOA (Design Organisation Approval) and POA (Production Organisation Approval) holder, CA-1 Europe combines Grob's decades of aerospace engineering excellence with Helsing's cutting-edge AI capabilities to shape the future of European air power.
Your Responsibilities
ECAD Administration & System Ownership
Administration and support of Siemens Capital software for the development of wiring harnesses and electrical systems
Setup, maintenance, and continuous development of libraries, symbols, and harness data
Error analysis and troubleshooting in daily operations
Execution of updates, releases, and system tests
Interface management with PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter) and other engineering tools
Documentation of system configurations and processes
Training, user support, and execution of small workshops
Engineering & Harness Design
Design and documentation of wiring harnesses / harness layouts
Support in the implementation of design guidelines and standards
Close coordination with development and production to ensure practical, manufacturable solutions
Contribution to the continuous improvement of design processes and data quality
Your Profile
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
Career changers with relevant ECAD/engineering experience are also welcome
Experience in administration or application of Siemens Capital Harness or similar ECAD systems
Knowledge of wiring harness design and electrical engineering is a plus
Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter) desirable
Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or IT system administration is an advantage
Analytical mindset and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Good German and English language skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience with data migration and system integration
Knowledge of API integrations or automation (e.g. Python, Java)
Understanding of release and change management processes
