Field Service Representative (m/f/d) | Aviation | International Deployment

To support our growing international customer base, we are looking for a passionate Field Service Representative (m/f/d) who thrives where engineering meets aviation operations, directly on the flight line, with our customers, anywhere in the world.

Your Mission
Provide on-site technical support to customer personnel (mechanics, technicians, engineers) during assembly, commissioning, and operation of our aircraft
Accompany assembly activities, perform and support engine ground runs and system tests
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, both mechanical and electrical/avionics-related
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on-site
Conduct technical briefings and training sessions for customer staff (pre- and post-flight checks, operation, maintenance)
Support customers in their daily flight operations
Identify requirements for spare parts, consumables, ground support equipment (GSE), training, and personnel
Provide instruction and supervision in the use of ground and test equipment
Coordinate and support warranty and guarantee cases, considering contractual and customs-related requirements
Support aircraft ferry flights and provide post-delivery on-site assistance
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic (Fluggerätmechaniker), Avionics Technician (Fluggeräteelektroniker) or comparable qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in the aviation industry, MRO/maintenance, or field service environment
Excellent English skills (written and spoken), mandatory
High willingness to travel internationally and to undertake long-term assignments abroad
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong customer orientation with a confident, professional appearance
Experience working with composite materials (CFRP/GFRP) is a plus
A military aviation background is a strong advantage
